Glucoamyalse is extracted from Aspergillus Niger by the deep fermentation methods. It is widely used in alcohol, wine, beer brewing, monosodium glutamate, starch sugar and antibiotics.

1 unit of Glucoamylase liquid or powder equals to the amount of enzyme which hydrolyzes soluble starch to get 1mg glucoase at 40°C and pH 4.6 in 1h.
