1. In Flour product, Lipase can be used to repair the weak connection part, so can improve the paste stability and gas holding capacity, and make bread core white and luster, appearance of steam buns are white-bright. Recommended dosage:0.01-0.05 kg/ton flour (100,000u/g). Lipase use cooperatively with Xylanase, Fungal α-Amylase, Glucose oxidase can complex improve the flour products’ quality.
2. In leather-working, Lipase fully applied to leather’s fat, evenly soften raw materials on the warm condition, on the basis of reducing the chemical dosage to increase yield of leather, decrease the leather face winkle, make the effect clear. Lipase usually used in decreasing and softening process, recommended dosage: 0.02-0.06% (in terms of raw materials quality, enzyme activity is 100,000 u/ml(u/g)). Lipase usually mix with alkaline protease can optimize the use effect.
3. Add Lipase in Fodder can release the short-chain fatty acid, raising utilization ratio of raw materials, improve the fodder flavor, general dosage:0.01-0.05 kg/ton (100,000 u/g).
4. In paper-making, Lipase can be used to remove the triglycerides in mechanical pulping, and improve deinking rate of waste paper deinking. Dosage 0.04-0.1 kg/ton, pulp (100,000 u/g).
